Walking Tour of Prospect Heights

Prospect Heights     Milford, MA

Prospect Heights is a neighborhood in Milford, MA built by Draper Corporation in 1904 for its workers where everyone was like family, kids were known by their house number and immigrant laborers set up homesteads while chasing the American Dream.1  The largest number of immigrant families were from six major nationalities: Armenian, Greek, Irish, Italian, Polish and Portuguese.

The Prospect Heights Mayors Association is a philanthropic organization whose mission is to help preserve the history and quality of the neighborhood that represents the ancestry of so many nationalities.  Each year the Mayors select one community project to help better the area.
